Box was a bit banged up and the styrofoam was fairly obliterated inside. The sink itself had one of the flat corners bend pretty badly. I had to take some time an TLC to bend it back into proper condition and it appears ok now. Point is it could have been packaged a bit better. The sink itself looks great and will work for us well.. Fantastic sink! Much nicer in person than the photos reveal online. Quite a contemporary esthetic and complements beautifully with my Grohe faucet in our modern ski chalet/cabin. Very user friendly, easy install. So far no water spotting issues ( though we have an in home water filtering system ), but you could seal this if you wanted to, to prevent hard water spot staining as mentioned by another reviewer. Love, love, love the drain board! The clean lines make it very simple to wipe down and take care of - I’m not a fan of putting wet glasses or just rinsed veggies or fruit on the counters to leave puddles of water. This was a great buy and I’m so happy I found it for such a reasonable price! Fast shipping, very well packed. Came double boxed w/ plenty of interior support to prevent chipping. Careful opening the interior box if you use a knife! If the box is upside down you could, potentially mar the top of the sink if you scored too deep through the cardboard. GREAT BUY! I loved this sink and ordered one, but it was cracked along the wood grain the first time, and the replacement had the same issue in the exact same spot. However, Wayfair's customer service was excellent and they took really great care in sending replacements in a timely manner, and once we figured out it was a defective batch, they sent a third sink that was inspected before shipping and included extra packaging material to keep it safe during transit. Wayfair really made a great situation out of something that could have been horribly bad. As far as the sink itself, it looks beautiful in my kitchen and i love the size of it. My only complaint is that the bowl is not sloped down toward the drain, so significant amounts of water tend to pool in the corners unless it's wiped out every time. But I constantly use my sink with 3 kids in the house, and the pooled water doesn't bother me much. It's a beautiful and unique piece but perhaps there are more practical options out there.. Katie. It was time to replace a 20 year old granite sink. We had looked for a couple of months and nothing had stood out. This sink caught plenty of attention due to two things…first, the design and second, the basket strainers in the drains. The larger side is the perfect size for cleaning our pots, pans, and skillets (we cook a lot). The smaller side is ideal for washing vegetables or fruits. If you just need to rinse off any dishes, a standard drainer will set right down in the larger side (or at least the one we have does). A standard dishpan will fit in there too! Installation is fairly easy if you’re familiar with basic home repair and plumbing. I have to do some tile repair, so mine is a little more in-depth. This sink is a wonderful choice for any situation. I highly recommend this one. It’s stylish, practical, and looks absolutely amazing! The metal finish is a beautiful addition to any kitchen decor! The Alfi Brand Granite Composite 34" x 19" Drop-In Kitchen Sink is a great choice for any kitchen remodel. Durable material provide you with a unique and long lasting sink that is sure to make cooking more enjoyable. Modern design and smooth surfaces create a flawless look for years to come. Sink does not include pre-drilled faucet hole because this sink is reversible. There is an option for the plumber to punch out a hole on whichever side is desired by the customer, as seen in the dimension diagram. Alternatively, the faucet can also be installed on counter top behind the sink.

So far so good. We are slowly replacing all of the stainless hardware in our kitchen which can get quite pricey. This sink checked all of our boxes and the price was nice. It looks a million times better than the stainless drainboard sink it replaced and we like the deep bowl. As for how ours is installed, I have an unfair advantage because my husband installs solid surfaces for a living. So he customized this drop-in sink and made it an undermount sink like he did with our previous drop-in drainboard sink. Time will only tell if this sink can withstand constant abuse from daily use and retain its clean white color.
