This is a really beautiful set. After buying 4 place settings and trying them out, I bought 8 more place settings. The finish is beautiful and I love the lip around the edge of the plates. I bought three sets of the Mikasa Samantha Gold 12-Piece Dinnerware Set, and I’m very happy with them. The material feels high quality, and the design is elegant . I use these dishes for formal dinners rather than everyday meals because they add a beautiful, upscale touch to the table. My only suggestions for improvement would be to make the cerealsoup bowls a little smaller and to design the pieces so they stack more efficiently for storage.
