Took 24 minutes to build and was very easy to put together. Scan the code and watch the video much easier then looking at the pictures. The photo showed a height of 24.8" its actually 25.2" which made it not fit under my desk but the specifications shows 26" so should've read that. So far, so good with this 2 drawer 26 deep file cabinet. The depth of the drawers is exactly what I needed. I've been using an 18 drawer to help cut down on furniture space in my home office but this cabinet gives me the extra drawer space I needed without taking up too much space at all. The cabinet itself is well made. Like any metal cabinet though, I am sure it will dent if hit with another metal object or if you run into it with a vacuum or whatever. With a little awareness, I'm sure it will last a long time. The drawers glide easily and open up almost completely! I've read other reviews before selecting this piece about drawers not opening fully enough making it difficult to reach your files. Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. This is a beautiful, very solid (heavy) piece of furniture. The drawers are a little short in length for the amount of files that I have by the end of the year, but I make it work.
