Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, Im mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, theres a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25 spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update Its been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only 15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. Im on my 4th refill now. Hopefully its done with the leaching. 6 Month Update All pretty much the same as the 3 month update, but I will add that the fact that one of the drink holders is at such an angle that no drink could ever actually sit there is a bit frustrating.. This is a great little hot tub, easy set up. Jets not super powerful but this is a great value. Shipped in days. 2 month update: So happy we bought this, no problems. 2 things that enhanced the usability, the pillows and cup holders. They rise the cup out of water, so you can put your phone in it and not worry about water. Only chemicals i have had to use is chlorine and ph up. We love this thing! Past year update: still running great! Pillows still in good shape, use it at least 5x per week, love it! Only thing you need to be mindful of is rodents love the insides, i screwed screen on backside of access panel and stuffed stainless scrub pads in power cable port pass through. Make sure you trap them before you trap them inside...... Peter. Pompano Beach, FL. Tue Sep 29 2026

I had some buyers remorse after I purchased this and read some additional reviews about how it had trouble heating up. I didn't realize it didn't use a standard electric spa heater. When I saw "Friction Heating" I thought that was in addition to normal electric heating and was a motor heat recovery unit and an energy saving feature. This was very new to me as the last time I bought a spa was 30 years ago. After installing and using it for going on 4 months, I must say I am impressed with the function and performance so far. It does take around 24 hours to get to from 75 to 100 degrees but once it got there it maintains the set temperature very well. Some of the reviews mentioned that it had a hard time heating in cold weather and maybe that is true for them but here in Florida I haven't had any problems even during some of the 30 degree cold fronts we had. The spa shell is very solid and seems durable. It has decent number of jets and water movement and we are really enjoying this spa. Now for my observations on what could be better. As some of the other reviews have mentioned the outer shell is very thin vinyl panels. Not a problem so far but they are pretty flimsy and hurricane force winds might cause them to buckle. The pump and control access panel is this same vinyl material and it is held in place by screws so to access anything you have to unscrew it rather than via a hinged door access like most spas. The single speed pump works fine but it would be nice to be able to add a little more massage power to the jets. A two speed pump would be preferable. Lastly, the instruction manual should be specific to a single spa model and not cover multiple models where some of the functions and features aren't pertinent to the one you are working with. Would I recommend this spa? For the solid inner shell, user friendly controls, and the included accessories, in this price range, all delivered free to your home in less than a week? Yes, I recommend this spa.. William. Jensen Beach, FL. Thu Jul 09 2026

It works great the hydromassage system really provides a relaxing experience and has great power, and the lights make it look even better at night. I’m not giving it 5 stars because the texture is a bit rough, but considering the price-to-quality ratio, it’s something that can be fixed with a little polishing.. Anonymous. US. Sat Sep 26 2026

Haven’t connected to power yet. The delivery went very well considering the spa weighed almost a ton! The delivery team (Hugo+1) were great and very professional. Update: The headrests are melting black gooey stuff onto the spa liner and got on my neck, shoulders and hair. What a mess to clean up! Why would this type of materials be used in a spa??? NOT HAPPY!!!. Annette. Antioch, CA. Mon Jun 07 2021

Keeping your spa clean is made easy with the patented Easy Kleen 100% water filtration and factory-installed AquaPure Ozone purifier, which can help reduce the use of harsh chemicals by up to 75%, saving you time and money! The AR-500 Premium AquaRest Spas is a 120v plug-n-play, roomy 5-person hot tub with a patented LED waterfall with 9 different color settings, 4 deep cup holders, digital controls, factory factory-installed AquaPure Ozone water purification system, and an upgraded stainless steel heater. The AR-500 Premium comes with a 120v 15-amp GFCI cord to just "Plug-n-Play", but you can also wire the premium version 240v, with the help of a certified electrician. Free residential delivery and factory warranty are included.
