The round folding Dining table is made of lacquered steel and has no parasol hole. The table was created in the 19th century in Europe and has found its way to the US.

Beautiful piece, lovely color which is unusual (kind of a dark grayish green) but doesn’t feel at all weird. This table was packed very securely, so it came without any transit related damage. Assembly was not overly complex and only took 20-30 minutes (including breaking down box), but it did require a little strength given the 4 legs first each/individually attach to a circular stabilizer followed by fastening to the underside of the tabletop; you have to be able to "stretch" the legs into their securing position (interlocked with a fixed threaded, headless "bolt" that is mounted to the underside of the table top) and I dont believe my wife would have been able to accomplish this alone due to how tought the legs were. It was in the 1920s that the Luxembourg Low Armchair first appeared along the pathways of the famous Paris park from which it takes its name, straight from the Parisian workshops where the first versions were made. Who could know then that, decades later, it would be reproduced by a workshop dedicated to traditional crafts at Fermob? In the 1990s, at the request of the Jardin du Luxembourg, Fermob started manufacturing armchairs once again.
