Absolutely beautiful I’m giving it five stars although I do have one complaint that whoever delivered it almost didn’t deliver it because they said that the box wouldn’t fit in the door so I told him that they had to take the door off and they said no they’re not doing that and I said you’ll have to come around and go in the back door and they said no we’re not doing that and I said you have to take it out of the box and they said no we’re not doing that but they called the office and eventually I got it in but it was a little awkward. I absolutely love it. It’s perfect for me. The color the texture.. Ann Cocoa Beach. Sat Oct 24 2026

This sectional arrived in 7 different boxes. Although no instructions turned up while unboxing, the basic assembly was pretty straightforward if you used the website photo for reference. The lack of instructions on the electrical components made it tricky to get everything power related working, but we managed. We found the sectional to be pretty comfortable, and the power reclining pieces work well. It's not as solid and sturdy as I had hoped, and I do wonder how the sectional will hold up over time. It looks pretty smart once fully assembled (see pictures for reference).. Scouter. Louisiana. Thu Oct 09 2025

wow unbelievable how much i actually love this couch. i was scared of making a big purchase on something that i haven’t sat on to test out. i have specific needs cuz of neck and back surgeries and this couch passed the test. i can sit w my head fully rested on back without it not being covered or push outward by a pillow at the high part of cushion. i really love the brown color, it’s definitely lighter then a chocolate brown it’s more or less a mushroom brown on the beige side of the brown color chart. was so happy that it wasn’t darker..
