I loved this rug. It's very soft and cushy underfoot, and quite unusual. The color is a lovely soft neutral gray that will compliment a lot of interiors. It is very thick though, as shown in the description, a little over an inch. I found that a bit more awkward to deal with in the bathroom than I anticipated, so am exchanging for a slightly less "plush" carpet style. I almost kept it for a Yoga mat. I appreciate the quality of these thick hand loomed wool rugs. I bought one as a runner for our sliding door and another as living room floor rug.
