The mattress was easy to unpack, there is an outer package and the actually mattress is vacuumed sealed with instructions of how to unroll it safely. Absolutely perfect!! I was skeptical at first when buying a memory foam mattress for the first time , but this one fits me to the T. It’s not too firm and it’s not too soft. I slept on it so far for two nights and due to my chronic back pain I needed something better than a spring mattress . I wasn’t sure if this would help, but boy was I wrong!!I didn’t wake up with any back pain, nor did I have a sleepless night. Whoever said this mattress was soft, fight me, because y’all lied. The bed did fully inflate within the recommended 72 hours. It probably would have been ready around 24 hours, but we followed the directions and let it sit the full 72. It also had no smell, which was a plus.
