everything but the rug was acceptable. that 5x7 area rug was just what I wanted. it arrived folded into a square in a box smaller than I get cases of dog food in. the rug is about a 1/4 in thick. I thought I was getting a RUG. like I have always purchased from you. I have bath towels that are thicker.
