It's important to note that with this design, the center square goes above the ceiling grid vs. sitting below it, so this is perfect for my application as the basement in my home is quite low in some areas where there is duct work, allowing me to optimize head space versus other designs that droop below the ceiling grid. These are great. There is a learning curve to putting them up. But I put them up by myself. I used a quick grab adhesive in dime sized dollops. Then used a paint roller to help hold them into place. These are really pretty and they'll work out for us. I was a little surprised that they are basically like Styrofoam- super light and thin so you have to be very careful not to crease or crack them. Probably not a great solution if they'll be up close but will work fine up on a ceiling or something where they're a little further away and you can't tell it's like Styrofoam.
