The other reviews are true the panels chip very easy at the corners but it wasn’t a problem for us bc we wanted a black fireplace. It’s kind of silly we bought this to paint it BUT we loved the look just not the color we wanted plus it was on sale and other black fireplaces were over 1500 dollars so we saved 800 with a little labor.. I use it to warm my bedroom, which is 150 square feet. I was looking at a $1600 fireplace. I seen this one for less than $400 and took a gamble and ordered it. I just knew I was going to be disappointed, have to return it.. To my surprise its very nice. It took about an hour to assemble. I am confused about the led lights in the back because there's no instructions for them, I just left them rolled up. I put white stone in there, caulked the seems. This is so totally 90’s in the best way! Faux marble, beveled mirrors, lighted logs and surround, adjustable light and heat plus the ability to connect to Alexa or Google!
