Ridgeway Large Bois Bench provides timeless beauty to your garden or landscape

This bench is a heavy, sturdy outdoor bench made of stone, but it looks just like wood! We put it in the center of a labryinth that we have in our backyard & we love it! We got the smaller one and it is just as pictured.. Denise. Alamo, CA. Sat Dec 27 2025

Live Edge means that the wood used to build these one-of-a-kind pieces is rough-sawn and has not been run through the mill and cut in a straight line. It also means that we embrace the sections of the tree that may include color variations, knots, wormholes, or other natural occurrences. Our live edge lumber is carefully handled to retain the shape of the tree's natural edge and the bark is left intact so that a rustic, unique piece emerges every time. This means that no one in the world will have a bench just like yours! Available in several sizes and stain finishes to fit exactly where you need them to, these benches look great when they are used to match up with the other rustic pieces in our collection or mixed and matched with your more refined pieces for an eclectic, polished look. Whether you are looking for pieces to blend in with a naturally aesthetically planned yard or garden or to be the conversation starter on your sophisticated patio, our Live Edge Benches are just what you need!

I put the bench on my entry way. Love the cedar orange color , very vibrant!. Julie. Odenton, MD. Wed Feb 21 2024

Piercefield faux bois bench provides timeless beauty to your garden or landscape

LOVE !! I had a little problem with the delivery of this, but Bethany, a Customer Service Supervisor in TX, helped me get problems worked out. And I'm so glad, because this bench is beautiful ! I've only had it set up for 24 hours and I have gotten several compliments. I highly recommend this; it is heavy, and certainly will be long lasting, plus my residence setting is in the woods, and this bench, being a "woodsy"/tree trunk design, adds beauty to my property setting. I can't recommend enough. You won't be sorry. And Wayfair stood behind my purchase 100%.. Donna. Sat Jun 15 2024

Reminiscent of the famed standing stones and stone circles in Britain, this Design Toscano-exclusive sculptural garden bench is an outstanding monument to a stone mason's skill. A timeless symbol with the substantial look and feel of enduring stone, it is created as a yard-long, sturdy support seat crafted in fiberglass reinforced cast resin and hand finished to appear like a natural cut stone. An outstanding and unique garden bench, it draws attention when showcased as a pair in front of a restaurant or hotel entrance. With a distinctive chiseled rock look of ancient stone, this sculptural bench works as furniture art indoors or holds pots of blossoms or greenery next to an outdoor path.

Absolutely love my new benches. They look exactly like the picture and the quality is better than expected.. Carol. Old Tappan, NJ. Tue May 21 2024

If I could give this purchase a negative I would. Do not buy this bench. It was sent wrapped in bubble wrap. One layer of bubble wrap. It’s filthy, and continues to drop rotting wood on the floor also unusable bc it will get on clothing if you brush past it. It has marker on it and doesn’t come off. It’s uneven and doesn’t sit straight in the floor. Cracks are irreparable and poorly made. And the most frustrating part is it damaged, and wayfair wants me to go buy new bubble wrap and wrap it up to return it. There’s hunks of square pieces of wood that actually can be picked up and removed from the bench, like a puzzle piece. Customer service was lousy with helping to resolve the problem. Nothing but a headache for a bench I was really looking forward to having. Get it somewhere else. I asked to have a replacement bench sent and they said no! I have videos of the bench literally coming apart. Do nothing buy this.. Pauline. Reading, PA. Wed May 25 2022

The beautiful solid seat , or bench, or end table, is carved of the stump or root of the cedar. It can be used outside or indoor, adds a natural accent to the garden, pation, deck or any indoor area. Each one is different, and no two pieces are alike, as they are hand made and carved by skilled artisans, interepreting the wood shapes, paterterns, and characters of the tree. The origional tree name is called Shan tree or Shan wood, which grows abundantly in the mountain areas. The stumps are the left-over product of the logging, reclaimed prior to the re-planting, hand made by the local craftmans. They are beaufiful, practical, functional, works perfect with any designs, especially with the rustic, western, or country decorations or home design ideas. This item can be used inside or outside, as a seat, a bench, a small table, a coffee table, a foot rest, or plant stand. You will love it.
