I am satisfied with these faux cedar, spiral trees. However, I was hoping they would be a bit fuller. I did everything I could to fluff the greenery, but they are just a little thinner than I had hoped for. They are very pretty and look ok against my back porch posts. The boxwood hedge itself is beautiful. The problem arose with the delivery. The box itself was delivered and had crushed corners and slashes in the middle of the box etc. As a result the black box with hedge had damage. The bright side is that resolution came easily. I was offered a chance to keep it with a discount and repair it myself. I was offered a chance to return it in exchange for another with free shipping back. All of this was made possible in the Wayfair chat. Mistakes happen. With Wayfair mistakes are easily corrected, which leads to happy customers!!!
