I read the reviews before purchasing this bed. I was prepared for the assembly even had a saw handy for the slats. It went together fairly easy. I followed the instructions step by step. I had the help of my 75 year old Aunt. We completed it in less than two hours. My only issue was the slats were not all predrilled and the screws provided were less than great. I absolutely love this bed. We spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect upholstered sleigh bed and this is it. We are able to use our standard box spring and mattress which is nice because I didn’t want to be too low to the floor. The bed was easy to assemble. I love the color, nail head trim and and linen material. Only feedback is that it is a little too wide so you can see the bed slats slightly. I would definitely recommend this bed!. Amy.
