This was only my only for 2+months when I was moving. You can really cook anything in it. I cooked 2 meals a day during that time and it still looks brand new 6 months later. Unfortunately, these are not quite what they are advertised to be. I use a small amount of oil as this is what is recommended to prevent food from sticking. You can clearly see from the picture below that even after about two dozen uses it is incredibly difficult to clean up the residue. These pans are awesome. They’re beautiful and clean up nicely. The price was right when I purchased them. They were on sale. I’d been looking at Stainless Steel pans for a while and comparing sets. The tri clad bottoms are important to me. I really like that they can be used on an induction plate to cook at a specific temp when needed. These will last me the rest of my life.
