It's a good size in diameter- almost 1.5" wide. It's a solid, heavy knob. I like the simplicity of the look of the knob. The only thing I didn't like was the screws weren't long enough for some of the drawers. I bought the satin nickel color but it a little more "shiny" than I wanted.
