The headboard came with a big crack in a panel. I got the bed in a few days and the replacement will not come for a week. I picked this one partly because of the quick shipping and will I have to wait to get the broken replacement parts. It does come in a ton of pieces. You have to put it all together. This box was so heavy to bring to my 2nd floor guest room. Definitely need 2 people. It took me 3 hours to put this bed together and I am pretty much a pro at assembly.
