This table is very gorgeous. This does take some time to put together. It is not a quick put together. It takes time and effort and you really need two people to put it together and to be able to assemble everything. I would recommend this table. It is a cheap easy option to have. I feel that it is a little lower than expected. As far as having any legroom to really sit underneath of the table and it does not do well with chairs at the far ends for the captains chairs I have to keep the chairs flipped upside down and put on the table when not in use. It took us approximately four hours to put together, and we have put together a lot of flat pack furniture. Everything fit as described and the instructions had very good illustrations, so if you follow them you should have no problems with assembly. All the assembly parts were well labeled and packaged. I love this table. It was delightfully easy to put together - literally took about five minutes, tops. The only challenging part was that I live alone (with two dogs who couldn't really help in this regard) and it's VERY heavy, so moving it just from my front door to the dining room about 30 feet away was a bit tough. I was also a bit disappointed that it arrived with some minor damage. One corner of the table got a tiny bit smashed in during shipping. But - I love the design and the quality of the table, and I honestly think they could charge a lot more for this product if they wanted to. Gorgeous, impeccably made heavy solid wood table that fits perfectly in a smaller space without looking like a miniature table. The color I received was exactly as pictured. It was also not bad to put together at all. Highly recommend and I will be checking out other Gracie Oaks pieces - I’ve purchased several items from Wayfair and not all of them are equal in quality but this one is top notch.
