Instructions are missing at least one whole step, but if you have some sense upstairs you should be able to figure it out. The headboard came with a big crack in a panel. I got the bed in a few days and the replacement will not come for a week. I picked this one partly because of the quick shipping and will I have to wait to get the broken replacement parts. It does come in a ton of pieces. You have to put it all together.
