Giving 4 stars because of the way it was packed. Serious punctures to the Farberware factory box packed only in a thin plastic bag that also looked like it had been damaged and taped up. Can’t live without it. Hot or cold, small or large. It’s an easy 3 step process and I love it! I suggest not using tap water to avoid hard water rings around the basin; spring or filtered water is best. I also suggest gently washing the water basin. Scrubbing with an abrasive sponge or wire pads will cause scratches on the plastic. I’ve had it for a few years and use it religiously everyday and it’s still brewing strong.
