The only reason I’m giving this dresser a 4* rating is the customer service !!! I received it and a very big amount of the parts were damaged or broken. No questions asked, they sent me a brand new one! However, it’s a pretty poor quality. The drawers don’t slide in smoothly and get stuck all the time. There is a separate piece that goes in the frame of the face of the drawers and is not properly glued to the frame so it all moves as you open the drawers. I had to glue them all myself so it doesn’t drive me crazy every time I open it. If you are looking for a quality dresser- I would not recommend this one! This dresser is such a pretty gray color, very true to the photos. It’s a good size and has a nice weight to it. I will say that the drawers feel cheaper than I was expecting and don’t close totally flush. The jewelry drawers were an exciting feature but the drawer doesn’t lift up enough to be able to see what’s in them without crouching down.
