Very nice, comfortable. Only assembly needed is the feet - however, the problem is that the holes don’t quite line up and this results in the whole set being terribly wobbly. This is definitely a nice set. The star of the show is the wicker. It’s pretty of course but also very nice quality with a nice pliability. It doesn’t look or feel cheap and plastic-y like some wicker (real and fake). 2 minor points that made me take off a star the first is that the back cushions, while comfortable, fall downblow away with high wind... a bit more so than other sets I’ve had. I may try to find a solution with either sewing or Velcro or something like that. The second point, and I more or less knew this going into the purchase, is that the backs are low. We’re all fairly small, and it’s still quite comfortable. The furniture itself is great! Very nice looking and very comfortable. It was easy to put together. However, the set was shipped in two separate shipments. The sofa and ottomans were received on a Saturday. The chairs and side table were received on Wednesday. The sofa was missing the center support bar...a critical piece of a sofa. Wayfair and the manufacturer were quick to respond, but it is slooooooow getting that replacement. We put the sofa together on a Sunday and I contacted Wayfair that same Sunday. Monday the manufacturer said a replacement part would be shipped. Wednesday they said I'd have the replacement part by Saturday. It's now Monday and tracking shows it's in Chicago with no estimated delivery date. Can't use the sofa until we have that part. I would expect faster shipment on their error of a missing part.
