I love these artificial palm trees. They look great on my porch by either side of my door. The top part, which includes the leaves and the trunk of the tree, slides into the base which is made of the other part of the trunk and the pot. I really like the plant....I wasn't thrilled about the way the tops go into the stems.....so I got two part epoxy and permanently bonded the tops and bottoms together as I have them outside and live near the water.
