I am really pleased with this purchase. Sometimes faux plants look completely fake but this one looks good. I am going to find a nice pot as it just came in a black plastic base. The is such a realistic, “faux” cactus plant. Best one I have ever seen. I think what makes it look so real and alive is the “bad” places that have been placed on the various branches. The needles are soft and pliable, no worries about the kiddo or pets hurting themselves. The plant comes with a basic black hard plastic pot which I decided to use a Talavera pot (Wayfair sells them) and rocks to step this cactus up one more notch. However, the pot it comes in is sturdy enough to hold it on its own. Definitely worth the price at 4’ 8” tall and the overall realistic look. The order size is 56"x12x12. I’ll be honest—when this arrived, it took some time to fluff it out and fold the leaves exactly how I wanted them to appear. However, once that was done, it looked absolutely real. I love it. I absolutely love it! I will say that the bonus item they provided—the seagrass basket planter—was total garbage. It really was not up to standard for me I actually tossed it aside and misplaced it, so it isn’t in my photos. It didnt really matter, though, because I chose this for the plant itself, and I already had a beautiful planter (also from Wayfair) ready to go. As for the build, I was happy to find it isnt top-heavy at all. It’s very sturdy and I didnt have any issues with it tipping over. I just placed it into a smaller basket I already had, set that inside my huge planter, and it sits perfectly upright on its own. It looks absolutely amazing. I would recommend this 1010 as long as you aren’t concerned about the provided seagrass planter, which isn’t adequate for a nice environment. Get it for the tree—it’s worth it!. Antoinette.
