Tiny and absolutely not quality enough to be a $45 doorbell. Inaccurate website description says it mounts flat but that is not true, it needs a recessed hole for the backing to fit - and still they charge you for shipping. This might buy might be the end of my Wayfair days.. Anonymous. Fri Aug 07 2026

Just bought a new home and finishing up on the last little touches. This is a classic beauty!. Lori. Colorado Springs, CO. Wed Sep 12 2018

So the picture of this shows a dark, tarnish-colored product. I was surprised when I received it in the mail to discover it was actually a bright, polished silver color. The finish is matte, so it's not reflective metal or anything, but definitely is polished silver in color. It also has an orange light around the button itself which I don't think was disclosed in the description. Overall, I like the way it looks, but definitely wasn't the product I thought I was buying. Button only took a couple of minutes to install. Super simple. Works well.. Melissa. Mandan, ND. Sat Jul 30 2016
