This is exactly what Ive been looking for. This thing is heavy. 73 pounds in the delivery box. Triple wrapped in plastic to contain it. There is an obvious top and bottom so its easy to get into position before opening it. It inflated very quickly and does have that smell, which will probably take a week to fully dissipate. There is a anti slip texture on the bottom which means it very stable on the wood floor. The dogs already love it. Actually turned out perfect! Unfortunately, despite being advertised as a sofa bed, it does not convert into a bed, which was disappointing and the main reason for my purchase. That said, I do like the sofa itself. Assembly was straightforward, it feels sturdy, and the corduroy fabric is soft and attractive. I also appreciate that the cushion covers unzip for easy washing. I did try sleeping on it, but the armrests are very hard, making it less comfortable for overnight use. Because it doesn't function as a sofa bed as described and isn't ideal for sleeping, I'm giving it 4 stars.
