We did a lot of research before we purchased this couch- almost a year later of daily use, we are still glad we did. The couch was very easy to assemble. We specifically wanted a couch wish removable cushions, so we could wash it when needed- this is perfect for that. Very easy to remove and put the covers back on. The back cushions also attach to the frame of the couch with Velcro, so the pillows don’t move around very much, which was our main complaint with our last couch. The cushions have started to sag a little, but they are easy to fluff up. The fabric is also very easy to clean, and is stain resistant. Our cats also try and fail to scratch it- there are no fraying or scratched areas even a year later. I do wish the bottom cushions velcroed as well, because we do have to reset them as they move- but it is fairly minor. The couch is also very large, so double check measurements. Overall, super happy with this couch, especially for the price.. Kallista. USA. Sun Sep 27 2026

Instructions are very confusing. In the middle of assembling one section of the couch it has you assemble another piece from another box in the middle of it all and you don’t use it again until the end. Other than that sturdy and comfy couch.. Anonymous. Thu Sep 24 2026

They were so, so nice. But I must have missed the branding on these (belffin), so they were not compatible with my sofa. They were so soft and plush. I did ultimately return them to my local wayfair outlet store. Stacia. Sumter, SC. Mon May 18 2026

The Fairmont was built around a feeling: the moment a sofa stops being furniture and becomes the softest spot in the home. The 3D quilted cushions were shaped to round around the body instead of holding rigid lines, with a deep-pocket seat that invites everyone to fully sink in rather than perch on the edge. The matching quilted ottoman and concealed modular connectors were added because a great sectional should be able to shift between a full L-shaped layout, a long family sofa, an armless accent chair, or a set of individual lounge chairs scattered across the room as life calls for it. Cloud sectional sofa, quilted chenille L shaped sofa with ottoman, modular family sectional with armless chair, deep seat cottage cloud sectional. The sofa was exactly as advertised. There were a few minor dings in the material, but I’m sure those occurred during transportation, as several of the boxes arrived damaged. You may notice in one of the photos that the console is slightly crooked. This was due to a small hinge pin that had popped out of place during unboxing, but it was an easy fix, and the console now works flawlessly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase. 4.5 stars!. Md. Alexandria, VA. Fri Sep 18 2026
