This really is a beautiful rug, it does say that it’s washable but the size I got is way too large so I will not be able to wash it in a standard machine. It does have more white in it than I expected so if you have young children or pets, you may wanna put it somewhere where it’s off-limits to them. I put mine in the guest room, which is not used on a frequent basis and the door is shut, so the animals cannot get in the color combination is extremely appealing. Love this classic pattern for my large entryway. It is machine made and thin. I needed something that would work near my front door so that the door would open. This one does the trick.
