I really love this couch. I need to get more pillows to make it more homie, but besides that set up was really easy and the package came really fast. Honestly, what is not to like about this thing Its cheap, it looks good, I am probably breathing in some deadly chemicals sitting on it.. but it gets the job done! Looks great, not sure how they can fit a couch in a box. When you first put it together it will look sad and depressing, and it will smell. Just walk away from it. A few days later, it will be completely aired out and will be fluffed up.. night and day difference. Very comfortable, does not look cheap at all and is everything I need it to be. Would 100 purchase it again.. Will. Holliston, MA. Sun Sep 20 2026

If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. But for those things, this couch would get five stars. The color is superb, and it is plush and deep. Please offer white glove delivery!. Andi. South Bend, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026

Truly a beautiful, comfy couch. We have had it for a little over a year now and love it. It’s very cushy and has great depth. It’s also super easy to clean—most spills/dirt can be wiped with a wet paper towel without a sign of it if you are quick enough. We use hand held carpet cleaner for the more difficult ones, and it comes out easily with that. The fabric is starting to pill, but that’s expected and really my only complaint. Update 3 years in--still beautiful. Got lazy and put the cushion covers in the washer/dryer on low heat instead of using the carpet cleaner, and they came out completely fine & look brand new! Will always recommend this couch!. Kaylee. South Carolina. Fri May 29 2026

Just arrived an hour ago. Assembling the legs was very simple and easy. We ordered the cream sofa and it is stunning. It is very comfortable and soft. It is replacing a leather sofa that I got 30 years of use out of. I hope this sofa can last at least half as long as my first one. I am not sure how well it will wear yet as it just arrived. The only complaint I had was with the delivery. They had the sofa loaded on one of those hand trucks and was coming down the driveway, but instead of using my concrete walkway to the front door, they cut through my front yard and got stuck it the grass. They then picked up the box, which had a wad of dirt and grass stuck in the corner and brought it into my living room with their dirty shoes without any booties, along with the wad of dirt and grass..
