I am very pleased with this sectional. It provides plenty of comfortable seating without making the room feel overcrowded. The cushions are supportive but still soft enough for relaxing, watching television, or spending time with family. My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. Overall I am impressed by the durable chenille fabric and the firmness of the cushions. We were looking for a set that would keep its shape well over time and I think these are constructed for that. The Blue color is much lighter in person than the listing photo. It is a warmer cobalt blue instead of the deep dark navy I was hoping for. So I felt a little misled with the listing photos. You can purchase additional seats to elongate the sectional which is nice. The only downside has been that there are some manufacturer issues where the locking systems on three of the chairs are either not correctly installed or missing altogether which means we cannot properly lock all the pieces together for stability. First of all— the color is beautiful! If you’re looking for an earthy green, look no further! I love that it’s truly modular and really versatile for your space. I’m hoping the ottoman comes back in stock to really complete the look for us. It’s fairly easy to put together—however, with the corner pieces I really recommend putting one side piece onto the bottom piece and then putting the other side piece on. It was impossible for us to put both side pieces on and then the bottom piece— it just didn’t align with all 4 slide pieces. Once we did it the other way they were easy to put together. Also, the instructions don’t say how to unhook the alligator connectors once you put them together so we had to Google that— you lift up on the side that has the post to dislodge it from the alligator piece. The couch is firm but still comfy (exactly what we were looking for). The couch is low but again, that’s what I was wanting. I’m 5’6” and I can sit with my feet touching the ground and my back on the couch— if you’re looking for a deeper seat then this might not work. Also, cat approved! I bought this couch on 5/6/2026 and it arrived today, on the 8th. So far, I'm very happy. It firs perfectly in my space. Its not too big but its not small either. It's very sturdy. The cushions are nice and firm, but still a little bouncy and the fabric is soft. Overall, very comfortable! The pull out bed is smooth and easy to open up and put back. I can't wait to have movie nights with my kids on this couch. I'm very pleased so far. Also, it was super easy to put together. I thought that it didn't come with directions so I ended up putting it halfway together on my own until I found the directions lol. I'm a 5'1 woman and put it together on my own in about an hour. The only hard part was the last ar because I had to lift the couch up and it is heavy! But that's because I didn't pay attention to the directions. I want to emphasize how heavy this couch is. I have it on carpet, and it is EXTREMELY difficult to move around. Very, very heavy. I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate. The color, size and material of this sectional are great. The one cushion did come with a tear in it however the seller responded to my report quickly and sent out a replacement. I will say that putting it together was a little difficult. There is a lip on all the pieces next to the brackets that make it hard to line up and slide in. We found that if you put the piece on its side it slid together easier. It is also very comfortable.
