I am extremely happy with this bed frame! It arrived well-packaged and all of the parts were clearly labeled, which made assembly much easier than I expected. While it did take some time to put together, the instructions were straightforward and everything fit together properly. The storage drawers are one of my favorite features. Numerous parts arrived broken or scratched. Bed (especially drawers) harder to put together than other similar ones due to bad design choices. Requires you to drill in screws where there are no pilot holes, and in one case it is nearly impossible to do this without splitting the board it’s going into unless you also pilot drill with a bit.
