Mostly this is a great piece of furniture. The drawback are the manufacturers assembly instruction for the recliner are not properly detailed. Pictures are vague and incorrect, instructions are insufficient. One difficulty I have found involves the arms, they are not attached. To attach them you have two double ended bolts for each arm. Screw the bolts into the arm put the arm into the slots on the chair. Then, somehow, you need hands and arms thin enough and long enough to secure the arms with plastic knobs. My arms do not fit, I am not super buff and I am 6' tall so my hands can reach but space is limited. The position makes it very difficult to see the end of the bolt and secure the arm. I have given up trying for now. Hire the assembly option. Unless there is a unwritten trick to this, I am having trouble seeing how it is done without strain and annoyance.. Keith. Milwaukee, WI. We bought this small Serta sofa for a small suite we built on our home. It has a small.sitting area next to the kitchen so this size worked well. It has a twin pull out bed with mattress for guests. It has a nice, soft fabric that seems like it will hold up well to use and wear. The seat cushions are fairly firm, but I like them. I dont like to sink down on a sofa seat. This way its comfortable seating and easy to stand up from the seated position. All in all I think we will get a lot of use from this lovely sofa.. Kimberly. Pensacola, FL. Sat Sep 26 2026
