I usually don't leave reviews for products but I have to do for this product. The holes were drilled wrong. Some screws and parts are missing/wrong. Theres no brackets to attach to the drawers. I had to put a tape to tape my drawers shut to avoid injuries if they're left open. I opened support ticket but the manufacturer wasn't helpful. He kept giving me generic instructions that don't match the product and then decided to close my support ticket when I kept asking for more clarity. The manual is not accurate or helpful.
