Purchased two. Arrived quickly and very well packaged. Perfectly matched the new bone pedestal sink. All parts noted in the description were included. Installation was easy. My only negative is the lid cover on the toilet seat. It appears normal, but it must be thin because when my 145 lbs sits on it, it is shocking as it collapses into a concave shape. I was so excited for this item! It would look perfect in my bathroom since it’s Black and Purple. When we went to install it we noticed that over half the base was missing from the back half of the pedestal. The broken pedestal was replaced and was installed! We love the skirted seamless look in the new toilet. I took off one star because the "tornado" flush is pretty slow. I was expecting a fast/whooshing style of water flow, but looks like the low-flow water saving features of this particular toilet means the water comes out at a lower speed? Our toilet has worked flawlessly for 7+ years with a lot of daily use. I installed this toilet and noted it is a tad more difficult to install than a "standard" USA toilet. However, the differences are, IMO, from superior engineering - especially how to toilet fits onto the floor and the plumbing connects. Any installation shortcut(s) and for sure there will be problems.
