The first trellis arrived broken. When I asked for a replacement I was told I could either receive a credit or if I wanted a replacement I would have to ship the damaged product back. Trellis arrived earlier than expected. The trellis was packaged very nicely and in good condition. The trellis was very easy to put together. But word of caution, there is a front and back to the trellis. I was very impressed with myself for installing it so fast and admired my handiwork for a couple of days until my planter arrived. After I installed my planter and positioned my trellis in the planter I saw that I had installed it incorrectly.
