This is a nice, big, heated towel rack! We love the finish—we were looking for more of an antique brass finish, but this one was gold, not too shiny, and worked perfectly. The package came in well packed. I was going to install it hardwired in the guess bath. I tested it first and it's not that bad. We really like the product that we ordered. It seems sturdy and heavy duty. It should be a great towel rack for us. Unfortunately, one of the pieces came to us dented.
