I got the 14 inch queen size and it is much nicer than I expected. It came compressed in a box and immediately popped open when we opened the bag. It didn’t take long for it to reach the full 14 inches height. It is firmer than what I thought I wanted and you can tell that I has springs but it has actually been very comfortable and supportive. I ordered the 12-inch mattress, and Ill admit I was a little hesitant when I first unboxed it because it was still expanding.
