Coastal character meets everyday function in this whale tail door stop, shaped as a sculptural silver marine accent that stays visible at floor level while the tapered wedge slips beneath a door. Made from hollow cast aluminum metal, it mixes polished, mirror-like areas with speckled rough-textured sections, giving the tail and base a dimensional finish that catches light without taking up wall space. Measuring 6.75 inches high, 6.5 inches wide, and 6.5 inches deep, this freestanding nautical door wedge is sized for entryway, hallway, bedroom, living room, or home office doorways. Use it in a beach-house interior, coastal living room, or nautical entryway where a functional door holder can also read as decor. Dust with a soft, dry cloth to maintain the silver finish.

I love this little floor-mount doorstop - Its heavy solid brass practical and pretty. The Lion headface detail and fluted base remind me of Victorian times when things purposeful were also made with artistic creativity. The black rubber ring is (where the door hits softly) and base are also a nice detail. It arrived quickly and it was very easy to install - just one strong screw.. Elizabeth. US. Fri Oct 09 2026

An elegant and very efficient and effective way to hold the doors in place, very easy to fit in place I did it by myself and with minimal hassle. We replaced 5 doors with it as it match other new hinges etc, the wind doesn’t move the doors, very quite to use when open the door . It is a great addition to any home renovation. We chose the golden finish as it carried a glamorous charm about it too The price was reasonable and the packaging is very nice indeed.. Adam. Sun Jun 07 2026

Fresh Ideas brings unique innovation to everyday products for your home! Our brand new draft blocker is made with odor-absorbing bamboo charcoal to improve air quality and smells in your home while also providing all the benefits draft guards are known for. Draft stoppers are a great way to keep your utility bill down and keep your home more comfortable by keeping hot and cold air from escaping or getting into your home during each season. They also help keep light and noise at bay by blocking the cracks at the bottom of your door. This includes the added benefit of keeping insects and other bugs out! Use our unique multi-function product in bedrooms, kitchens, and at the base of any door or window sill. Each draft stopper features a convenient loop handle, so you can hang it virtually anywhere in your home. The natural charcoal filling is reactivated by sunlight. Simply put in direct sunlight for a few hours and it will be good as new. Faux-linen fabric in neutral grey and straw will match any existing decor. 2.2 Lb blocker will stay in place. It will fit perfectly with any standard door or window sill.

Love the concept of this, but the casing was already unraveling out of the package. In just trying to unzip the zipper to start loading the charcoal bags, the unraveling threads kept getting all tangled in the zipper. Also, the dims say 36" - it's not, it's 35" (unless you're counting the woven strap at the end?) but if your door is 36" like mine, you're going to have a gap. And, like other people mentioned, it makes no sense that the casing is too small for the charcoal bags -- why??? I was only able to fit two bags, so there's more gaps around my door. It's a great concept, but the casing needs to be larger and better made. No idea how it will survive a wash when it's already unraveling.. Cari. Los Angeles, CA. Wed Nov 29 2023
