12 ft. W x 26 ft. D Wooden Garage Shed is the perfect addition to any property looking to add more storage space. Park your car, store your riding mower, and any other tools you have, all at the same time! Once the Fairmont Garage is assembled, it will look like it was always meant to be there. Put it alongside your house like a standard garage, or put it in the backyard for a detached garage and storage shed. Once you paint it, add shingles and a garage door and you will have a beautiful addition to your property!

This needs at least two-three people to install it, and it does not come with a floor, garage door, or roof shingles. All specified in product description. Although we paid 7,000, it took another 3,500 to complete the finished shed because of that. Plus we insulated and installed sheetrock inside. Pretty easy to follow instructions and materials were well documented and tagged. Lots of room inside. We reconfigured windows and one door easily. Overall a good value considering we did the work ourselves.. Family. Yardley, PA. Sun Dec 26 2021

The Scarsdale shed is the ultimate storage solution for any outdoor space. With its 7’ high sidewalls, you will have plenty of room to store ladders, rakes, and other tall items. A charming window package is included to bring in natural light so you can easily grab items on the go. Its fully customizable profile allows you to position the double doors on either end to best meet your needs. LP SmartSide siding resists fungal decay and termites, as well as a premium treated floor that is backed by a 10-year warranty. Note: you may receive a shed base kit and then a 4 ft. extender to make it.

I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. Also bought my own 16 foot and 10 foot long boards for the sill plates and headers, and used them instead of the shorter pieces that came with the kit. Michael. Wed Jul 03 2024

I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. We put it over a concrete slab. SO HAPPY.. Amanda. United States. Wed Nov 16 2022

Looked at lots of options and settled on this one because it fit in with the nature of the lot and the cedar framing was such a nice feature. Well the shed is great but the team sent out to install it were not even familiar with how to put together a shed. They said that they don't even get told what they're going to build just to bring tools and show up somewhere. I was very disappointed. They didn't even get to finish that day but I didn't want them to come back because they wouldn't be paid to come back an extra day. So my husband and I still have a lot of work to put on it and it's been 3 years. I just don't think that I'm going to put the stuff on there like I'm supposed to.. Sarah. US. Fri Oct 17 2025
