If you've visited a French vineyard, you'll know that white oak barrels that have outlived their usefulness line the cellar walls - charmingly nostalgic remembrances of beloved vintages of the past. Our barrel, complete with staves, hoops, and the spigot is actually crafted of quality designer resin and hand-painted to replicate oak, iron, and brass. This exclusive is finished with the name of a French vineyard for an authentic charm that will delight almost any oenophile!

Looks awesome on the wall. Very happy with the purchase. Certainly a 5 star. Only reason to give 4 star is that the finishing of the barrel near one of the mounting bracket was not good and it gave a hard time putting it up on the screw on the wall. But it was worth it cause it looks really good once mounted. Plus I installed brick wallpaper on the wall for a more rustic look. Certainly recommend.. Ak. Parsippany, NJ. Thu May 27 2021

These unique split wine barrels are wonderful as indoor decoration stands and outdoor planters. It saves space when used in the corners of your home, yet provides a large planting area. We use authentic oak wood wine barrels with good quality and value in mind. The wine barrels are well-built and wrapped with three galvanized steel bands to prevent rust. If you plan to use the wine barrels for planting, then drainage holes are needed, so excess water can drain out to prevent drowning and killing the plants. Color may vary due to the reclaimed material used. Gloss lacquer finish.

I just received my Lacquer Finished oakwood Split Wine Barrel Planters, this morning, delivered by FEDEX ground delivery service. They did send me the other barrel planters with the galvanized barrel hoops instead of the barrels with the black hoops but, not an issue. These ones are equally as nice. They are well built and they should last a long time. When I was ordering them I thought that they came with drainage holes already drilled into the bottom of the planters but, I will have to drill some holes, myself. I am handy with a drill so, again, not an issue. These barrels do have some weight to them so it takes a bit to move them around. I use to be able to lift 80 lbs. square haybales but, I must be getting old because these barrels feel like they are heavier then the 65 lbs. indicated in the description and specifications of the barrels so I'll just use by garden cart to move them to where they have to go. With their look, these barrels are going to add that little extra something to the look of my garden and they are going to look even nicer with the plants that I add to them this spring. I was thinking, as well, that if anyone does a lot of family get togethers or gets together with friends out at the lake or elsewhere during the summer months, if they drill a few drainage holes in the bottom of these barrel planters, they can fill the planters up with crushed ice and use the barrel planters just like a cooler to keep their canned and bottled drinks cold especially if they are entertaining a big crowd.. This garden water fountain features a charming design that is reminiscent of simpler, less complicated times. The design offers a pump from which water trickles down into two barrels. Beautiful look. Albana. Livonia, MI. Wed May 06 2026

Elongated and low, this vessel reads more like a sculpture than a bucket, which is exactly why it works on a bar that people will stand around. Aluminum keeps the weight manageable so it can be carried full and set down easily. Fill it with ice and bottles for a party, or plant it up and let it hold a corner the rest of the year.

It is beautiful and big. Yo can easily fit 6 or more bottles in it. Also it can work as a vase for flower arrangements! Love it!. Juliana. Hollywood, FL. Wed Dec 24 2025
