The couch comes packaged well in separate boxes for each modular piece. No damage in transit on mine. It includes the hardware needed for setup. It’s large and comfortable and with time, I think it will break in nicely. The color is true to the pictures and I’m happy with the tone. Wow! This entire couch was cleverly packed in two boxes! I was so skeptical but here it is! It took my husband about an hour to assemble it. He said it was good quality and not hard to do. He did use his power tools but said it would still be fairly easy with the tool provided (just a lot more elbow grease) the cushions aren’t fully expanded but will be in about 24 hours. This modular sectional is absolutely stunning! I was incredibly impressed when it arrived, and it looks even better in person than it does in the photos. I initially paid extra for professional assembly, but once I unpacked everything, I realized it was much simpler than expected. It took me about 10 minutes to figure out how everything connected, and after that, assembly was a breeze. In fact, I canceled my assembly appointment because it simply wasn’t worth spending the extra $100. I was able to put the entire sectional together by myself, and I’m a small woman, so I think most people will find the setup very manageable. My only minor complaint is that some of the pillows arrived with a few smudges or marks on them, likely from handling during packaging. It seemed as though whoever packed the item may not have been wearing gloves. Fortunately, the marks were minor and didn’t affect my overall satisfaction with the product. Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase. The sectional is beautiful, easy to assemble, and exceeded my expectations. I’m loving that big angled back piece honestly, you could call it an armrest too, because it works as both an armrest and a backrest. Got my chenille modular sofa piece in today, and yepstill just as soft and comfy as the old one. I’m loving that big angled back piece honestly, you could call it an armrest too, because it works as both an armrest and a backrest. And I love that every module can be arranged however you want.The whole frame is wood, and the storage space underneath is huge my daughter’s toys finally have somewhere to go. So awesome!
