Actually i would rate this product a zero star. There are 12 mats in the box, they are thin and flimsy, not at all like a rug. Wayfair's return policy for this product is less than stellar. They didn't want the product back and would only give me a 20% refund; otherwise I would have to pay the shipping costs. The box was quite heavy; not sure that the shipping cost would be economical. Love this contour mat! It looks great in my bathroom along with the matching runner. The only downside was the packaging. It was put in the bag without a covering. The outside bag was filthy from the delivery truck. There was a tear and part of the mat was blackened. I used a stain remover to get the blackened stain out.
