I was skeptical....Delivery wasn't up to standards...BUT, the sofa is awesome! Very firm, but springy, requiring a little "just getting used to". Fabric is better than expected, the color is a little lighter than pictured. Perfectly serviceable, but unfortunately these cushions didn’t fit quite right on my sectional. They came vacuum-sealed and flat. Even after leaving them to fluff up for the suggested 72 hours, they were still pretty thin. The back cushions are also short. Again, these cushions are fine but not great.
