Tire link doormat is constructed of used truck tires, the tire strips are bound together with galvanized steel rods to make a herringbone pattern doormat, the nylon of the used tires gives the doormat a fuzzy appearance.

These are exactly what I was looking for. I had purchased, from a local hardware store, what I thought were quality mats. After only about 4 months the wiper spikes broke off and left behind a flat surface that in turn became nothing more then a water tray. Not useful as a mat to wipe messy footwear on.
