The forecaster accurately displays indoor temperature ranges of 32°F to 122°F 0°C to 50°C and outdoor temperature ranges of -4°F to 140° F -20°C to 60°C using alkaline batteries or -40°F to 140° F -40°C to 60°C using lithium batteries. The forecaster also measures humidity and barometric pressure readings in addition to ice alerts, moon phases, and calendar and clock features. I just love it! We needed a clock/thermometer combo for our patio that could be seen from the house (my husbands desk looks out on the patio) and be heavy enough that it wouldn't fly off when things get windy where we live.
