A&E Cage Co.'s HQ Cages feature high-quality construction with a strong and durable design. Each cage is finished with a non-toxic powder coating, with multiple color options available. This product line includes a variety of sizes and cage types, catering to different species of birds.

I agree with another reviewer that this cage is fantastic. It's very well built. High-quality wheels, stable, a bit bigger than the standard 30 x 30 x 30 interior cage plus 30" high rolling cart. Biggest benefit is the tight fit between the cage bars and floor of the cage -- this cage is designed so that seed can't fall between spaces at the bottom of the cage floor. Four openings for food containers, two entrance doors at the front, one higher and one lower. My birds love it. It is absolutely worth the slightly higher price.. Anonymous. Toronto. Sat Oct 03 2026

Metal ramps offer non-slip, durable access between levels, while slide-out trays simplify daily care. Four 360° universal wheels (2 with locks) allow easy transport and secure placement. The embedded hammock buckle adds extra comfort, and the elegant round locks ensure safety. A spacious, functional home that blends seamlessly with your home decor while meeting your small pet’s needs.

We bought this for two rats and it's very spacious and pretty much perfect for them. Assembly was very simple and straightforward. The doors seem a bit cheap and flimsy. Not that a rat can breakout of them, but they don't align perfectly and there is a bit of "flex". Doesn't have any impact on our use case, but worth noting. The storage on the bottom is handy for extras, the wheels are nice for pulling the cage out and vacuuming under it and behind it. The look is very nice and it's not your average rodent cage. The only thing that I would add for future iterations of this cage is more hooks to the top for toys. On the top level there are 4 hooks for the hammock it comes with and nothing else, so you have to add your own and do something else. Otherwise, I'm really pleased with our purchase.. Kara. IN. We went from a hutch to this and my bunbuns absolutely love this new setup. It’s lighter and open and they flop and sleep out in the middle of the pen! Not sure it would be sturdy enough for a puppy in this configuration but it meets our needs perfectly! I’ll probably regret not waiting until the sale coming up in a few days, but whatcha gonna do. Great kennel! It’s sturdy, spacious, and easy to assemble. The only downside was the box was very heavy, so I needed help moving it. Other than that, the quality is excellent and my dog loves it. It looks really good in our yard too. The cover works well. Mahnaz. Hagerstown, MD. Tue Jul 28 2026

I ordered this to donate to the foster program at our local shelter. Foster families can always use enclosures to comfortably confine litters during puppy/kitten season. This one looks like it would be great for mothers & kittens during their first 6 weeks. Small breed dogs too. All the parts look good, and the enclosure should be fairly easy to construct with the provided hardware (I haven't put it together yet as it's a gift). Being able to store some supplies right on top is a big plus. Looks good to go, and I'll be happy to donate it. :) **Put it together after all, and I want to say again - young kittens and small breed puppies. It's plenty sturdy for them, but older kittens will climb right out, and larger puppies rough-housing will be able to push it around. This would be nice to set up in a communal area if you have other animals. Mothers can feel protected from them in the enclosed area, while curious babies have a protected area to roam. Plenty of room for beds, litter boxes, etc.. It's a little hard to pull apart between uses, but it all fits into a fairly small box for storage. ** I don't think I recieved a door latch?? Can't be sure in case one of my cats knocked it off the table when I was photographing parts and lost it somewhere playing with it, but I should have found it by now.... Carole. Grants Pass, OR. Purchased this to use as a brooder for my new chicks. Worked great because they can be in it for awhile and a lamp sets easily above the wire to help them maintain a comfortable heat level. It comes with wheels so you can move it around easily, but we built a small wooden stand for it to keep it elevated off the ground. I would recommend this cage for a variety of animals. It's well made and the wire openings are very small - this protects your animals from predators.. Beth. De Soto, MO. Fri Oct 23 2026
