I wouldn’t highly recommend. It took my husband and me about an hour and a half to assemble and when we were done, we realized there were two “this side up” arrow stickers showing on the wings. They wouldn’t come except for by me cramping them off with tweezers, and they left yellow rings on the “velvet”. I wouldn’t call it velvet either. It’s a cheap version of it. Also, the pictures in the ad hide the fact that the headboard is two pieces. I wouldn’t have ordered if I realized that. Thankfully my pillows cover it but it cheapens it too. This is a nice simple basic but elegant velvet platform bed. Instructions are pretty straightforward. They did take me and my husband to put together just with Allen wrench and a drill, which is not really necessary. Just kind of speeds of the process, but it is nice. honestly I would use this more as a guest bedroomor in a guest bedroom so Im not sure about the quality although it does have the wood planks for stability so its firm it doesnt feel like its gonna break or anything like that. It is a good quality bedframe and its nice. It looks pretty elegant. For the price its a good bed but for longevity or something thats more of a statement piece. I'm very happy with the metal bed frame. Comfortable and sturdy. I have limited storage, so appreciate that I can store things underneath the frame (air conditioner during winter, winter clothes during summer, etc.). I attached the frame to a metal headboard, and it looks like the two go together.
