Definitely as advertised. Very fair price and the pillows are definitely between a medium and firm pillow. After sleeping on them all night they fluff back up to their normal shape. First, let me begin this review by speaking about the presentation of this product upon opening. I was quite impressed and can't say I have ever seen this before with pillows. The company was quite thoughtful. I felt like I was unwrapping a gift with tissue paper and a sticker. Next, I was met with a card including pictures and step-by-step instructions on fluffing the pillows following transportation. There was also a scented tag enclosed in the box. Thirdly, there was a dark blue envelope with the Brand's story and an After Sales Card. WOW!!! I followed the instructions and was able to see my pillows come to life. I can say that the 1st night sleeping on these pillows brought me great comfort. I can only hope for many more additional nights of rest and restoration from my new pillows.. Paula. IL.
