Arrived on time. Perfect mattress for me. No too firm. My only complaint is I didn't realize I received 10" when I ordered 12". I found out after I opened it. Wayfair customer service tried to make it right, but the gap between the mattress and the headboard is really bothering. Seems my dog also approved!. Carmen. Bronx, NY. Sat Jul 11 2026

I’m very happy with this purchase! It’s incredibly soft and comfortable while still providing a nice level of firmness and support. I’ve been sleeping really well on it. The only minor issue is that all four corners seem slightly compressed or sunken. I initially thought they would fully expand and return to their normal shape over time, but they still seem to be that way. Aside from the corners, I’m very satisfied with everything else. It’s comfortable, supportive, and I’ve been enjoying it so far. I would definitely recommend it!. Anonymous. Fri Oct 16 2026

Received it a day late due to the box being damaged and sent back to FedEx for taping. The mattress seems to be okay though. We unwrapped it this evening and set it on the new bed. Will try it out in a couple days once it fully expands.. Dennis. Valley Viee, OH. Wed Sep 02 2026

This mattress is exactly what I needed! I moved into a furnished apartment with a very soft mattress. One night on this firm mattress and my back already feels so much better. I slept like a rock. It was packaged very well, and it was easy to open. It was much heavier than I was expecting (who knew mattresses were heavy?) so keep in mind you might need some help. The instructions say to give it 24-72 hours to be fully expanded, but I slept on it a few hours after I opened it, and it was still great.. Samantha. Usaf Academy, CO. Sun Sep 20 2026

I was reluctant to purchase a mattress online because I've always tested out options in store. The reviews were very helpful but ultimately what convinced me was the double sided use. I do prefer the softer white side of the mattress and can see the benefit of switching to the firmer side after years of use. After a week on the mattress I am SO glad I made the purchase. OUR FIRMEST MATTRESS FOR MAXIMUM SUPPORT: This is the firmest mattress we’ve ever made. Two layers of 14-gauge coils—far stronger and more durable than those of other brands—combined with high-density natural materials, provide a solid, stable sleep surface that resists sagging and delivers ergonomic alignment, even under heavier weights. Because more coils mean more support, it proudly features up to 2,112 individually wrapped coils, which also improves responsiveness and pressure distribution. While the feel softens slightly for the heaviest sleepers, it remains definitively firm (10 out of 10) for lasting support for back and stomach sleepers. Side sleepers can add an Organic Mattress Topper for added contouring and cushioning.
