Extra Firm Bed Pillows

Mattress in a box with premium gel foam+bamboo memory foam, fiberglass-free, 2 sides design cover, and medium firm to extra firm for back pain, low motion transfer. Experience the luxury of high-quality mattresses, and enjoy a deep and restful sleep experience.

The mattress is comfortable enough and popped up to full-size within 24 hours. Unfortunately, that full-size is closer to 6 1/2 than the actual 8 inches that I ordered. I’m used to it on Grindr, but kind of disappointed with Wayfair. I ordered that size in particular because it would fill the gap on my new mattress frame and headboard that I also just bought so now I have an empty 2 inches that I have to stuff with pillows or buy a new extra large, extra firm bolster.. Gel infused shredded memory foam combines the best of both worlds to provide you with the best sleep possible. Memory foam can retain body heat, resulting in a pillow that is too warm in the middle of the night. Infusing gel into the memory foam fibers solves this issue because the gel stays below your body temperature, providing you with a continuous cooling effect that will help you sleep more peacefully!

I’m still waiting for them to completely blow up but so far they look great. David W. Mon Sep 07 2026

My husband loves this pillow! I think it’s great too, but I’m a side sleeper and may need the ProHi pillow instead, so I may be back for another one. . Anonymous. Sun Jul 05 2026

Three layers, one pillow. Designed for those who need both support and adaptability, this quilted pillow allows you to add or remove the three individual inserts to achieve your ideal height—low, medium, or high. The quilted construction locks each layer in place, preventing shifting or collapsing while you sleep, and delivers firm, even support that maintains proper neck and spine alignment throughout the night. Ideal for back, side, and stomach sleepers alike, especially those recovering from neck strain or seeking long-term cervical care. Breathable materials keep you cool, while the modular design means one pillow fits every need. Adjustable. Supportive. Uncompromising.

This pillow is amazing! The outer case is very well made with a luxe feel. The height and function is customizable. There are three separately packaged inserts that can be removed to suit individual preferences. Once you find the right configuration, it is extremely comfortable.. Jennifer. Putnam Valley, NY. Sun Aug 30 2026

This plush, soft pillow is made with microfiber fill, a high quality polyester designed to mimic the properties of down. Microfiber traps less air than down and is a tad denser, so it does provide a bit more support than natural down. One benefit of a synthetic pillow is that it can be machine washed at home, given your machine is quite large and you wash/dry on a low heat setting. Natural down and feather are sensitive to moisture, but polyester is not!

Softness is perfect without being too flat or too fluffy. Sarah. Troy, NY. Thu Feb 26 2026
